Casino Fundraiser 2021 - we did it!

On October 24 and 25, 2021 we held our casino fundraiser. As Casino Chairman for the club, I am happy to report to the membership about the success of this initiative. We won’t know for a while how much we will receive (there is a pooling formula for revenue sharing) but I do want to say thank you to the members of the St. Albert Tennis Club who volunteered to make this possible.

A large group of members was involved, and it was a great time to get to know everyone. I am amazed how many members responded to the email asking for help and others who gladly, and without hesitation, volunteered when I asked them. This was the easiest time I had getting volunteers for any fundraising event I have been involved with and I thank you all for that. Volunteerism, in many forms, is what makes SATC such a great club and a special part of our community.
